2013 Wine & Food Week Chef of Chefs Winner

Master Chef & CEO of Peli Peli, Paul Friedman, took top honors as the 2013 Waterford Crystal Chef of Chefs winning a $5,000 cash and prize package and the coveted Waterford Crystal Trophy. The winning dish was "Bobotie," a traditional South African cuisine resembling an English cottage pie. First runner-up in the savory competition was claimed by Private Chef David Guerrero , the 2012 Chef of Chefs winner, with a Peruvian and Japanese inspired "Causita Cebichera Roll." Executive Chef Randy Evans of HAVEN was second runner-up with his "Shrimp Beignet with Mint Marigold Tzaziki and Feta Creamed Spinach."
